There are seasons in life when coping strategies that once worked no longer feel enough. You may be navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, a significant life transition or just feeling stuck. At times, emotions can feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to make sense of on your own.

Individual counselling offers a dedicated space to slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we can gently unpack patterns, process painful experiences, and strengthen your capacity to respond rather than react.

My approach is collaborative and paced according to what feels manageable for you.

New Clients
If you are new to my practice and wanting to explore counselling, you are welcome to set up a free 15 minute call with me or go straight ahead and book your first session.

15 Minute Free Introduction Call
This is a brief 15-minute video introductory call, which offers an opportunity to briefly discuss your concerns, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
It is not a counselling session, but a chance to explore next steps and see how I may be able to support your child.
Counselling Session
​This can either be at my practice in Rondebosch or online via doxy.me.

I also offer evening sessions online to accommodate client's who cannot make sessions during standard working hours.
